Want to hear something shocking? Milk, the cow’s secretion, may not be healthy for humans! This could include a calcium loss, heart disease, and even cancer! Let’s be honest, none of that is healthy to begin with.

Vivian Goldschmidt, the founder of the Save Our Bones Program, has told us that milk will actually decrease out bones calcium levels, making them weaker. Vivian has also stated in her article to avoid drinking milk or some types of milk products because those made of dairy could still be harmful. There was another piece of evidence against drinking cow’s milk. “Opponents of milk argue that it contributes to obesity, allergies, heart disease, cancer and other health ailments” (Procon.org, 2016). The person who wrote this article is saying that milk would cause you even more health ailments than benefits. Those facts, as Vivian also said,” What other “facts” like drinking milk does a body good, are keeping you from optimal health?” (Save Institute, 2017). This could very well mean that some things, not all, of what you are hearing about is true. Such as the deal about milk.
If you want to be healthy, milk, although doctors may say it’s healthy, is not a good way to be healthy. Instead try something else since milk could cause calcium loss, heart disease, or cancer.
